the situation

The company's playbook lived everywhere and nowhere. SOPs were buried in Google Docs, lost in Slack threads, or stuck in someone's head. New hires spent weeks just figuring out how things worked. Configuring an AI agent meant filing a ticket with engineering. Ten different Google Forms each collected a slice of data no one ever stitched together.

what i built
  • Built a searchable, versioned SOP library so the company's playbook finally has one source of truth.
  • Shipped a self-service AI agent manager — operations staff configure and deploy agents without an engineer in the loop.
  • Replaced the scattered Google Forms with a dynamic form builder, so every collection point lives in one place.
  • Integrated Stripe billing so the platform's own revenue flows through the same system it manages.
