the situation

The brand was burning paid traffic on a storefront that lost most of it. The mobile experience was poor even though that's where the buyers were. Checkout abandonment sat above 70%. And there was no way to know which affiliate actually drove a sale, so the affiliate program couldn't scale.

what i built
  • Rebuilt the storefront mobile-first, since the majority of supplement buyers shop from their phones.
  • Designed a streamlined multi-step checkout that pulls buyers through instead of confronting them with one giant form.
  • Built affiliate tracking directly into the purchase flow, so every sale is attributed to the partner who earned it.
  • Layered in urgency tools — countdown timers and limited-time offers — to convert visitors who were on the fence.
