DAP Chrome Extension — User Onboarding Tool

A Chrome extension that layers WalkMe-style interactive tours onto any website — letting product teams build step-by-step onboarding flows that guide users to their 'aha moment' without a line of code on the host site.

Fewer support tickets
Users find answers through the guidance itself, so the support queue shrinks.
Better activation
Guided onboarding gets users to value before they give up and churn.
Help where it hurts
Context-aware tooltips appear precisely when the user needs them — not buried in a help center.
the situation

SaaS companies were bleeding money on support and churning users in week one. Every confused new user cost $50–100 in support tickets, and most who didn't get value fast enough just left. Static help docs didn't help — users needed to be shown, not told.

what i built
  • Built a tour engine that delivers context-aware tooltips — help appears exactly when and where the user is stuck.
  • Designed it for product teams to author themselves, so onboarding flows ship without an engineering ticket each time.
  • Made it install as a Chrome extension, so it layers onto any existing web app without a rewrite.
